Most parenting apps help you track, and most advice helps you learn. We built Novie to help you carry less.

How it works

The support that knows your family

Tell Novie about your household and your child, and it builds from there. Each area uses your family's own patterns alongside guidance from our specialists.

Sleep

Day and night rhythms for your child's age, adjusted when a nap runs short. If sleep goes sideways, get a full sleep plan built around your child. Our only philosophy is what works for your family.

Nourish

From first feeds to first foods to family meals, so you're not second-guessing every meal. Reviewed by our paediatric dietitian.

Grow

What's typical for their age, what to keep an eye on, and when it's worth checking in with your GP or child health nurse.

Feel

Your child's big feelings, from separation anxiety to tantrums and big transitions, and check-ins on how you're going too. Coming soon.

Why Novie exists

It started with a baby who didn't sleep.

When Isabella's first son didn't sleep, she thought she could research her way out of it. Her background is in neuroscience, so the evidence should have been her strength. Instead she was overwhelmed. Every source said something different, the advice she paid for was to let him cry, and none of it fit her family.

She trained as a paediatric sleep consultant and spent the next five years helping families alongside her work in neuroscience. The same thing showed up in almost every home. Parents had done all the research and run out of headspace, didn't know who to trust, and one person was holding the whole family in their head. Novie is built to take that on, with specialists who think about the parent as much as the child.
